Instead of sending gifts, we have decided to make a charitable donation to the Community Foundation in Stockach. A symbolic check was handed over to Karin Bacher and Manfred Peter, board member of the Community Foundation on December 19, 2011.

This foundation provides assistance where governmental or public aid ends or is missing at all. It supports charitable projects for education and training, youth welfare, assistance to eldery, culture, preservation of local history and old traditions, healthcare, conservation of environment, nature and landscape.

On the occasion of a summer festival, Mr. Hubert Keller, Master of Surgical Handicraft, was honored for its 30-year-old business membership in the company. Mr. Keller accompanied the business practically since firm foundation. The KOHLER management and family expressed their gratitude and handed over a present as appreciation. Words of gratitude and congratulations were also sent by the Chamber of Crafts Constance, together with an honorary certificate.

New company cars for KOHLER staff.

Kohler has handed over three new company cars to managerial staff. The Opel Corsa are labelled with famous protected names like TRINOVO, WAVELINE and MAGICUT

Removal to the new company building

On August, 24th the business activities have been taken up in the new company building. The new building with nearly 4.000 sqm is divided into a partial two-storeyed production area and a three-storeyed administration building. On the third floor you can only find seminar and exhibition rooms as well as the lounge for our guests and employees.

The removal to the new building is another milestone in the company's history and a considerable commitment to the production location in Germany.

The work on the new building is coming along very well…

Despite the winter and hard frosts, the work on the new building is coming along very well. The building is insulated against every weather condition, so that the inside removal can be started. So when summer comes we will be able to move to Stockach with out delay.

On Moday, 22^nd September 2008 the first symbolic sod has been effected for the new company location in Stockach, industrial area Blumhof. Directly to the intersection of the motorway A98 and the federal road B14 and near to the Lake Constance a three-storeyed building with production hall will be built on 3.600 m². The new strategic location is situated where the three countries Germany, Switzerland and Austria meets and is therefore predestined for the consistent growth and the extension of training opportunities for customers and users.
