Permanent soft relining material, heat curing

PERMAFLEX® excels as the ideal soft relining material for new and existing dentures. The soft reliner remains elastic even after years of service. Since the product is free of plasticizers, it will not harden. PERMAFLEX® also excels as a soft reliner for cases displaying complex jaw relationships.

Indications

  • sharp, bony protuberances, atrophic mandibular alvelolar processes
  • pressure points: trauma caused by resorptive forceps, and thin, sensitive mucosa
  • flabby and atrophic tissue
  • post-damming of the A-Line, fabrication of obturators (solid or inflatable)
  • irregular, sharp, and bony ridges causing painful mastication
  • bony undercuts – difficulty when inserting or removing the denture
  • secure the position of upper and lower dentures
  • mouth guards, night guards, and restoration of individual elastic rugae
